Important Instructions for Applying Online for Diploma Engg./ Diploma Pharmacy/ Diploma Engg. Lateral Entry Courses and their Categories

Read all the Instructions Carefully:

1) Before applying Online, the candidate should read carefully Diploma Prospectus-2020 (which is available online).
2) Diploma Engg./ Diploma Pharmacy/ Diploma Eng. Lateral Entry Courses & their categories: There is no printed application form and applications shall be invited Online only as per Key Dates.
3) For applying Online, uploading of candidate's latest coloured passport size Photo (30 KB) and Signature (20 KB) is compulsory. Improper photo or signature may lead to rejection of online application. For better visibilty, signature should be done by black ink pen.
4) Any incorrect information submitted by the candidate may lead to disqualification. Candidate should also verify his/her photo and signature before confirming the registration details.
5) Submission of duplicate application is not allowed. In case, if a candidate wants to correct/ update certain detail(s) submitted in his/ her online application form, same would be done upto the last date of online verification of online application form by HSTES. Also, the candidate may contact HSTES at  Toll Free No. 1800-137-3735 or e-mail onlineadmissionhelp[at]gmail[dot]com  for correction/ updation of certain detail(s) submitted in his/ her online application form during the specified period.
6) To fill-in the Online Application Form, Tab Key can be used to jump from one item to another. In the Application Form, items marked with * are compulsorily to be filled-in.
7) Process of Applying Online includes following 6 steps :
  Step I: Select Course for which you want to register.
  Step II: Fill-in your registration details.
  Step III: Upload Photo and Signature.
  Step IV: Confirm your filled-in registration details.
  Step V: Fill up Marks/ Grades (whichever is applicable) of Qualifying Examination.
  Step VI: Deposit Application Fee Online (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking).
8) On Successful submission of Online Application Form, Your Application Number will be flashed on the screen. The candidates should note down the Application Number as same will be required for future communication.
9) After submission of Online Application Form and deposit of Application Fee, the candidate shall upload the following documents in PDF format in single PDF file (Max. 100 KB) for the purpose of online verification:
  I. Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination.
  II. Proof of Date of Birth if the same is not mentioned in Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination (10th DMC).
  Inter-se-Merit/ Rank is prepared only for those candidates whose documents were verified online after uploading of correct documents by the candidates.       
10) The Verification Team at the concerned Designated Center shall check the relevant documents online and accordingly shall verify online the marks of qualifying examination/ other particulars of the candidate in Online Filled Application Form.
11) Online information submitted by a candidate shall be kept in records for all kind of online verification and online allotments.
12) The Candidate will not be informed about any activity by post. It is solely your responsibility to check web site for all activities.
