Important Instructions for Applying Online for Diploma & Degree Courses and their Categories

Read all the Instructions Carefully:

1 Before applying Online, the candidate should read carefully Diploma & Degree Courses  Prospectus-2021 (which is available online at www.hstes.org.in). It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure eligibility for admission before applying for the course. If on verification at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature will be cancelled and the fee deposited by him/her shall be forfeited.
2 There is no printed application form and applications of all categories shall be invited Online for the session 2021-22.
3 For applying Online, uploading of candidate's latest coloured passport size Photo (30 KB) and Signature (20 KB) is compulsory. Improper photo or signature may lead to rejection of online application. For better visibility, signature should be done by black ink pen.
4 Submission of duplicate application is not allowed. The particulars of the candidate in the application must exactly be the same as registered in the Qualifying Exam. In case, if a candidate wants to correct/ update certain detail(s) submitted in his/ her online application form, same would be done up to the last date of online verification of online application form by HSTES. Also, the candidate may contact HSTES at Toll Free No. 1800-137-3735 or e-mail onlineadmissionhelp[at]gmail[dot]com for correction/ updation of certain detail(s) submitted in his/ her online application form during the specified period.
5 To fill-in the Online Application Form, Tab Key can be used to jump from one item to another. In the Application Form, items marked with * are compulsorily to be filled-in.
6 Process of Applying Online includes following 6 steps :
  Step I: Select Course for which you want to register.
  Step II: Fill-in your registration details.
  Step III: Upload Photo and Signature.
  Step IV: Confirm your filled-in registration details.
  Step V: Fill up Marks/ Grades (whichever is applicable) of Qualifying Examination.
  Step VI: Deposit Application Fee Online (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking).
7 On Successful submission of Online Application Form, Your Application Number will be flashed on the screen. The candidates should note down the Application Number as same will be required for future communication. The candidate should remember his/her Application Number & Password. It should not be shared with any other person due to security purposes.
8 After submission of Online Application Form and deposit of Application Fee, the candidate shall upload the following documents in PDF format in single PDF file (Max. 500 KB) for the purpose of online verification:
  I. Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination. (In case of Diploma all semester DMC or final year DMC containing details of marks obtained in all semester should be uploaded and documents should be READABLE))
  II. Proof of Date of Birth if the same is not mentioned in Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination or 10th DMC.
  Candidates applying for TFW category in Diploma & Degree courses (whereever applicable) should upload the following documents:
  III. Income Certificate issued by the competent authority (annual income of parents/ guardians should be less than 8.00 lakh from all sources).
  IV. Haryana Resident Certificate (in case candidate has not passed/appeared in the qualifying examination from Haryana).
  Candidates applying for EWS category in Diploma & Degree courses (whereever applicable) should upload the following documents:
  V. Attested copy of EWSs Income and Asset Certificate (issued by Tehsildar of the area where the applicant normally resides).
  VI. Haryana Resident Certificate (in case candidate has not passed/ appeared in the qualifying examination from Haryana.
  VII. Attested copy of Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination (in case of Diploma all semester DMC or final year DMC containing details of marks obtained in all semester).
  Candidates applying for KM category in Diploma & Degree courses (whereever applicable) should upload the following documents:
  VIII. Migration Certificate duly signed by competent authority of Relief Commissioner.
  Inter-se-Merit/ Rank is prepared only for those candidates whose documents were verified online after uploading of correct documents by the candidates.
Note: The Documents uploaded should be in readable form. Candidate can check their clarity while uploading the same.
9 The Verification Team at the concerned Designated Centre shall check the relevant documents online and accordingly shall verify online the marks of qualifying examination/ other particulars of the candidate in Online Filled Application Form.
10 Online information submitted by a candidate shall be kept in records for all kind of online verification and online allotments.
11 The Candidate will not be informed about any activity by post. It is solely your responsibility to check web site for all activities.
12 It is advisable for the candidates to register your personal mobile number and email addresses for future correspondence, if any.
13 Any incorrect information submitted by the candidate may lead to disqualification. Candidate will be solely responsible for discrepancy (if any) in the application.
